OUR TEAM
MEET CORINNA AND BEC
With over 10 years of combined experience in the disability support sector, Corinna and Bec decided that they wanted to give their clients more. They established Complete Carers Co with a clear vision of offering more than just generic assistance, they wanted to put the warmth and the love back into helping the community and make their clients their priority. As mothers, they understand the need to offer that little something extra, ensuring that their clients feel special. By surrounding themselves with a dedicated team of likeminded people, they have achieved a business that feels like family, allowing their clients to feel empowered, build special relationships, and achieve things that could otherwise have been out of reach.
PERSONALISED SERVICE
After getting in touch, we will arrange a face-to-face meeting to discuss your individual needs and the areas of support that best suit you – a crucial step to providing you with the care that you need to make your life a little easier.
Taking the extra time to really get to know you allows us to match you with the best support worker for your individual needs. This is not just about what you need today, but about fostering a relationship into the future with a support worker or carer that you can trust.
We are currently taking on new clients and we welcome arranging a meeting with you. Get in touch with us today. Phone 03 8752 4255
WHAT MAKES OUR SUPPORT WORKERS SO SPECIAL
We happen to believe that support workers are pretty special people, after all, it takes someone pretty exceptional to dedicate their lives to helping others.
Our support workers stand out for attributes that can’t be taught – it’s their compassion, warmth and empathy that set them apart from the others. They don’t go to work everyday to just do a job, they care deeply for their clients and are always thinking of ways to make their lives more meaningful and fulfilled – and we think that makes them pretty special.
Our support workers have varying qualifications including Certificates, Diplomas and Degrees. As Covid-19 has taught us, practices and processes can change overnight. Our workers receive regular training to ensure they are informed and prepared to deal with potential changes in our client’s needs, whilst also gaining alternate perspectives and learning from others to be the best version of themselves.
Our client’s needs will always come first, and to ensure they are in the best possible hands, our recruitment process involves an NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check. Our carers are also required to be trained in First Aid and CPR, Covid-19 Infection Control and an NDIS Orientation Module.
CREATING MEMORIES
YOU CAN RELY ON OUR TEAM
We work hard to ensure that our support workers are well matched to our clients, providing the best opportunity to foster special relationships. If you’ve ever had to wash your favourite cozy blanket and face a cold winter night without it, you will understand the feeling when your usual support worker is unavailable. This is why we build a team around our clients, available to step in when you need them the most. You will not be left alone, even if illness prevents your usual support worker from attending at the last minute - we are only ever a phone call away. Not only will we have someone at your door before you know it, but it will be someone that you are familiar with.
